Hello Owen and Ben. Hope you are well. It's been a very hot summer here and I am looking forward to the cooler days of fall. Has it been hot for you guys too. To escape the heat I often head to the coast where it is much cooler. Yesterday I went to Santa Barbara for a bike ride and I also stopped by to see my parents, your grandparents. Hi Ben and Owen. Your dad here. Hope you are well. We've had some spectacular sunsets and clouds here the last couple of weeks. But it's also been very hot, which is kind of normal for this time of year. I have been trying to ride my bike as much as I can but it's difficult with how hot it's been. But it's healthy and keeps me strong. I love biking. Do both of you ride a bike? Are you into any other activities? Do you love the outdoors? Maybe someday I can take you to the mountains here. Hello Owen and Ben. Your dad here. I wanted to share some photos from my walk near my home in Santa Clarita, CA. The sky was amazing. We don't get clouds like this too often as Southern California is relatively dry. You are more used to clouds like this living in Japan.
