Hot Summer

Hello Owen and Ben. Hope you are well. It's been a very hot summer here and I am looking forward to the cooler days of fall. Has it been hot for you guys too. To escape the heat I often head to the coast where it is much cooler. Yesterday I went to Santa Barbara for a bike ride and I also stopped by to see my parents, your grandparents. Happy New Year

Hi Owen and Ben. Your dad here. Hope you are well. Well, it's finally really winter here in California. It has been raining a lot the last several weeks and snowing a lot in the higher mountains. Over the New Years weekend we went up to the mountains for some sightseeing. The mountains looked very beautiful with all the snow. Did you get any snow in Osaka?
